Waves exude, and the breeze exhales

Atop a mountain, a white cloud bonnets 

Falcons of the desert soar, stoop

While sea whales dive deep

Each within their own skies and water

All in need; to breathe

" والصبحِ إذا تنفس " (آية 18-التكوير)

يشرق النهار ويمتد ضياؤه

ينضح الموج بالماء، و يزفر النسيم

تتوج قمة جبل قلنسوة من غمامة بيضاء

تحلّق صقور الفلاة، تنقض

وتغوص حيتان البحور عميقاً

كلٌ ضمن سماؤه وماؤه 

وجميعهم يحتاجون التنفس

كيف يبدأ او يشرق صباحكم: مع فنجان قهوة او كوبٍ من الشاي؟
